The new chief auctioneer also boasts several awards, including Auctioneer of the Year from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).

Mr Croft aims to continue bettering the customer experience as the chief auctioneer across Ray White’s Queensland network.

“The auction culture is strong in Queensland and I have been working with many of the top offices already in the group,” he said.

“I am looking forward to bringing my experience into the Queensland network as a whole.”

Looking ahead, the chief auctioneer said he will focus on achieving leadership in the areas of growth, recruitment, auctions, market share and lead generation.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew has expressed his support for Mr Croft, who he deems as “one of the finest auctioneers in the country”.

“The chief auctioneer for Ray White Queensland is one of the most sought-after positions within our industry, and Gavin is the perfect man for the role,” Mr Andrew concluded.
