The new franchise, located in Wyong, will be helmed by real estate veteran Mark Gibb.

According to Stone Real Estate, the new office in the Central Coast will be looking to capitalise on the region’s more affordable housing in comparison with Sydney, as well as an improved lifestyle that remains within commuting proximity to the city.

Officially opened on 7 July 2021, the office will be led by Mr Gibb, who is joined by a brand-new sales team consisting of agents Sean Coffey and Scott Wall.

Commenting on the new offering, Mr Gibb has revealed his core objectives will be focused on the lifestyle offerings of the Central Coast region and to work alongside Stone’s other offices in the area to grow the business.

“Mr Coffey and Mr Wall are rural and lifestyle property specialists who are well placed to help clients realise their sea-change and tree-change aspirations in the region,” he said.

Stone partner and head of franchise Luke Cameron has expressed his support for the all-new Wyong team, highlighting that “Mark has been at the helm of some of the largest real estate agencies on the Central Coast for more than 30 years and is well positioned to capitalise on the enormous growth potential of the region”.

Mr Cameron said that as more Australians look beyond major cities to find affordable housing and an improved lifestyle, the new office will ultimately “give Stone exposure to one of the fastest-growing regional areas in NSW”.

He said: “More than 70 per cent of sales enquiries in the area are now coming from Sydney as people re-evaluate their work and lifestyle options and as booming property prices in the major cities show no sign of easing.”
