Leveraging on the success of their Tarneit digs, Century 21 Paramount Realtors has opened a second office in Caroline Springs.

In a bid to maximise growth potential across Melbourne’s western suburbs, principals Dinu Sangroha and Sanj Pahil enlisted the help of experienced agent Andy Panjeta to take on the new Caroline Springs space.

Together, the trifecta of directors boasts over 20 years of combined real estate experience.

Mr Sangroha said the partnership aims to build on Century 21’s efforts to usher in a “modern era” in real estate that is driven by a “customer service culture”.

“The Century 21 system epitomises not only professional real estate knowledge, but a dedication to integrity and responsiveness to every customer we have the privilege of serving,” the principal noted.

“Our service culture — clear, accessible and expert — will be promoted and integrated through every level of our business with no deviation accepted… [because] our customers deserve the finest service offered by any real estate organisation.”

Mr Pahil said the service culture starts with a bespoke approach to property marketing, noting: “There is no one method of sale suited to the western suburbs area which we service… [so] we specialise in all methods of sale and have a track record of adding value and achieving record sale prices for our vendors.”

Century 21 CEO James Bell has expressed his support for the team as it kicks off the second location for the C21 Paramount Realtors office.

He noted the three directors “share an abundance of enthusiasm, ambition and commitment which, coupled with their dedication to customer service, will be a driving force behind their success”.
