Four big names in Sydney’s eastern suburbs have revealed they’re teaming up in a joint venture.

Ray White’s James Hayashi and Nader Hotait are being joined by McGrath’s Angus Gorrie and Nicholas Wise in the brand-new business, dubbed Ray White Eastern Beaches.

With two offices in Coogee and Waverley already up and running, Mr Hotait said: “We all have very high market share and a lot of momentum will come from this.”

Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said the brand is “so excited to be able to collaborate with and support the ambition of four of the biggest names in real estate in the eastern suburbs”.

“The combination of James’ strong leadership and Nader, Angus and Nicholas’ elite sales expertise will no doubt place Ray White Eastern Beaches among the top businesses in the state,” he continued.

For Mr Hayashi, “it’s time to realise a long-held ambition of business ownership”.

The auctioneer said: “Our clients all know us and we’re known for looking after our client’s investment. Care and attention is our hallmark and all three agents here work on a very strong referral basis.”

Mr Wise indicated that their aim is to provide outstanding service to property seekers and home owners across the Eastern Beaches.

“Timing is everything in real estate and now is the time to open as there is a definite gap in the market,” he commented.

“All four of us all complement each other as we are all from different backgrounds, with different personalities and client bases.”

He expressed that the business partners “want to pay it forward and develop new talent”.

“Our business model is about developing young agents to reach their potential, as I myself started with Angus as his associate,” he said.

Mr Hotait added that “for anyone wanting to have a successful career in real estate, we’re offering the four best mentors in the country”.

For Mr Gorrie, the move into business ownership with Mr Wise, Mr Hotait and Mr Hayashi is “the right next step”.

“For me, I am so excited to open my own business with James, Nader and Nick and to be aligned with Ray White,” he said.

“We’re all excited to be levelling up and setting some more sales records together.”
