Twelve years after trading in a political and corporate career for one in real estate, this Brisbane-based agent has introduced her own business to the world.
More than a decade since she traded political offices and global executive companies for Brisbane’s property markets, Alison Euler has revealed a brand-new venture — Alison Euler Properties — set to service the inner north suburbs of Brisbane.
According to Ms Euler, spending time in high-pressure roles prior to entering the real estate industry has ultimately helped her find success in a competitive market.
She believes her natural abilities in organisation, detail orientation and client-centric focus — honed in her political and executive roles — have truly come in handy in the world of real estate.
At first, Ms Euler went from one national network to another, looking to both “be challenged and be evolving”.
However, she said: “I’ve always wanted to offer the highest possible service, and when you’re in a franchise at my level, you can feel somewhat restricted.”
Eventually, Ms Euler realised “there’s so much to delivering great outcomes than pushing a big brand” and it came time to kick off her own independent business.
Operating with UrbanX, Alison Euler Properties aims to champion decency and respect in every real estate transaction.
“I’m a person of integrity — I’m a woman of my word,” Ms Euler said.
“I want to give sellers a real personal approach, not just listing a home and throwing it onto some new associate and never seeing the seller again. I like overseeing every marketing campaign. I want to go above and beyond in providing exceptional service.
“I also want the selling process to be a really positive journey for my clients.”
According to her, great service is the key to “building networks and relationships in the industry… [because] that brings more referrals, listings and past clients back to you”.
Ms Euler said the next six months will be spent building momentum in her new brand.
