Di Jones has revealed the appointment of a dedicated, award-winning digital content marketing manager to its ranks.

Sarah Lefebvre will be taking on the newly created role within the real estate group’s marketing team.

According to Di Jones, she will be in charge of managing the network’s content across its website and through digital and performance channels.

The latest role for Ms Lefebvre comes off the back of being crowned Marketing Professional of the Year at the REB Awards 2021.

As well as being the founder and CEO of Localiz, Ms Lefebvre has worked in digital content for McGrath and LJ Hooker.

Of her new role with Di Jones, she said she “believes in what the brand stands for”.

“I love the energy and passion of the leadership team,” she said. “We all want to take Di Jones as far as we can, and we have an opportunity to make a bigger impact for offices and agents with our digital content strategy.”

From the digital content marketing expert’s perspective, having a strong online presence enables awareness — and means “people can find you when they need your help with their property needs”.

“Home owners have already viewed your website, read your blog, and researched your social media. They have searched for your results and checked out your reviews, so by the time they invite you in for an appraisal, they pretty much know who they are going to choose to sell or manage their home,” she outlined.

“Producing high-quality and valuable content regularly across the key channels your vendors are searching on provides top-of-mind awareness and relevancy, plus a higher possibility of being invited in.”

Ms Lefebvre’s appointment comes as the network identifies digital marketing as continuing “to evolve in hand with consumers’ digital adoption and usage”, according to Di Jones head of brand and marketing Grant Gordon.

He believes content marketing “is fundamental to any digital strategy”.

Mr Gordon’s appointment back in March was a decision by the network to stamp its authority as a MarTech communications “trailblazer”.

With Ms Lefebvre set to ensure the Di Jones content strategy is “engaging and impactful”, Mr Gordon said they will be better able to “build trust and connect with our clients, while also driving more business to our team via the generation of leads”.
