Two former PRD agents are joining forces with First National Real Estate to relaunch the brand’s presence in the Northern Rivers township.
Following the retirement of a long-standing former First National principal, Ian Savins, Mark Formaggin, and Kel Gunther have seized on the opportunity to “unfranchise” from PRD, launching First National Real Estate Casino.
They plan to bring a new playbook to the venture, introducing updated marketing, communications, and property maintenance methodologies to serve Casino residents.
First National has been operating in Casino for more than 30 years, while Mr Formaggin and Mr Gunther have 50 years of experience between them, and a knowledge of the local industry’s strengths and areas for growth.
“First National Real Estate is a household name in the Northern Rivers and I have always been impressed by the way its members work together in the best interests of their clientele,” Mr Formaggin said.
He sees great potential in harnessing the organisation’s tech-forward approach.
“My team will gain exclusive access to systems that deliver faster results for customers, better property management for landlords, and a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives that are easily accessed at lower costs. I intend to pass these benefits and savings on to my customers,” Mr Formaggin said.
The duo said the strategies they’re implementing are in line with shifts happening across the industry.
“The traditional real estate playbook has changed. Demographics have shifted and we want to offer homeowners and landlords new ways of reaching buyers and tenants with active intent, reducing costs for our clients, delivering more exposure, and being more client-centric in the process,” Mr Formaggin said.
First National Real Estate Casino will be part of the brand’s network in the Northern Rivers, which includes offices in Lismore, Tweed Heads, Banora Point, Pottsville, Murwillumbah, Iluka Woombah, Yamba, Evans Head, Byron Bay, Ballina, and Coffs Harbour.
