Peter Moran has returned to the Ray White brand, taking helm of the brand’s expansion into Central Coast’s Long Jetty.
Having operated as Property Central 2261 for the past decade, Mr Moran and his wife Janelle Moran have now rebranded to Ray White Long Jetty, reportedly in a bid to maximise opportunities for his clients through technology and innovation.
Although a big move, Mr Moran said the transition was made easier by the fact that most of his 12-strong team – including himself – have been part of the Ray White Group before.
“This is a wonderful homecoming for us, and we genuinely just really like and respect the corporate team and the extended Ray White network,” he commented.
Backed by 30 years of real estate experience, Mr Moran aims to champion the exciting opportunities in the thriving hub of Long Jetty, which they also happen to call home.
“I grew up in Bathurst, but used to come here regularly for the school holidays as a kid. Similarly, a lot of the locals who live here now used to come here as kids.
“It is just one of those places; the beautiful beachy relaxed lifestyle those in the big busy cities dream about,” according to Mr Moran.
Ms Moran said the seaside town’s appeal also comes from the significant changes it has undergone over the past decade, including the establishment of trendy retail shops, cafes, and bars.
She has noted it as one of the reasons Long Jetty has experienced a huge influx of buyers through the pandemic, and “particularly those from Sydney who want some more space and are wanting a more relaxed coastal lifestyle”.
With a wide range of properties available – from small entry-level units to large waterfront multi-million dollar homes and semi-rural acreage – Ms Moran believes the area offers a vast array of opportunities for every kind of buyer, local or interstate.
Looking ahead, the couple have outlined their plan to leverage Ray White’s “extensive network of offices, enormous exposure, and up-to-date technology” in order to help their clients maximise opportunities in the growing area of Central Coast.
By doing so, they expect to continue their sales growth and expand their rent roll significantly in their first year with the group, according to Mr Moran.
Ray White New South Wales CEO Andrew McCulloch expressed his support for the Ray White Long Jetty team, describing it as a critical new addition to the group’s strong presence in the Central Coast.
“To have an office now based in one of the most hotly sought after suburbs of the Central Coast, headed up by Peter and Janelle Moran, and their team which includes one of the top agents on the Central Coast in Michael Melville, further strengthens the presence of the whole network,” he said.
“We are incredibly excited that Peter and Janelle are returning to our group, and we can’t wait to watch them do wonderful things.”
