In response to the recent unprecedented growth across Queensland, Century 21 has announced its opening of the network’s newest office – Century 21 Josie Smith and Co.
Led by principal Josie Smith, the new office will service clients within Ipswich City and surrounding suburbs.
Backed by 12 years of real estate experience and a “true passion for residential real estate”, Ms Smith has garnered many accolades through the years, such as her four-year inclusion on C21’s ‘A-List’ – an accolade that recognises Queensland’s top 1 per cent sales performers for the brand.
“[We] are delighted to be opening our doors in one of Australia’s fastest emerging smart cities and a leader in digital technology,” the principal said.
“We have a young demographic, master planned and purpose built communities and an incredible heritage, and we plan to leverage the C21 brand and resources to deliver exceptional service to the local community,” she continued.
Joining Ms Smith is business owner and office manager Milan Omcern, who boasts a specialisation in frontline management and training, as well as an extensive background on supervision and employment of over 800 personnel.
Looking ahead, the principal shared the business’ aim to be “the point of difference in real estate” by helping buyers and sellers develop strategies that will enable them to succeed regardless of the state of the market.
“Our vision with Century 21 Josie Smith & Co is to buck the trend of traditional real estate.
“Our culture focuses on delivering successful, supportive, and personalised service, whilst building life-long relationships and ensuring our clients stress-free transparent experience in real estate,” according to Ms Smith.
Century 21 CEO James Bell expressed his support for the newest team in “Queensland’s fastest growing city”.
“I have no doubt that with their wealth of experience and passion for the industry, coupled with the power of the C21 brand, they will achieve high levels of success.”
