REB is pleased to unveil Victoria’s highest performing agents for 2021.
Thanks to Propps, this new state-based ranking comes at a time when property markets across Australia are seeing record-breaking results.
The REB Top 50 Agents VIC ranking and associated report is an initiative of Real Estate Business (REB), produced with the support of Momentum Intelligence.
Using three major metrics, the ranking and associated report definitively ranks participants using a comparative score: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sale value across a 12-month period.
REB’s deputy editor Grace Ormsby says the REB Top 50 Agents VIC 2021 report highlights the incredible work done by Victorian agents over a 12-month period – with most of them spending much of last year grappling with restrictions on property viewings and auctions due to COVID-19.
“Victorian agents, in particular, have copped the full brunt of the pandemic. Such strong results as highlighted by this ranking is a testament to the skill, grit, and determination of the profession.”

REB has already released Top 50 rankings for Western Australia, South Australia, and Queensland, with the Top 50 ranking for New South Wales still to come.
