A “dynamic leadership team” will be heading up the brand-new Buxton Inner West as the brand looks to further its footprint across the Victorian market.
Tristan Tomasino, Eliza Tomasino, Lauren Tomasino, and Matthew John are at the helm of the new-look business, which formerly operated as Biggin & Scott Inner West (Yarraville).
They’ve cited high-performance culture, as well as a progressive marketing and digital ecosystem as key reasons for the switch.
According to Buxton CEO Nathan Jones, the network was “very much attracted by the impressive leadership team and the talent within the business”.
And despite the area being subject to a number of extended lockdowns, the CEO indicated that “the benefit of reflection” forced upon the business by COVID-19 restrictions “highlighted that now was the time to make things happen”.
He said: “We’ve known Tristan, Eliza and Matthew for a long time now, and it just so happened the geographic location of the business was also a high target area for us. So it felt like a natural progression”.
From a location perspective, Mr Jones said “the inner west represents a demographic and lifestyle which is extremely familiar to Buxton and fits perfectly within our metropolitan footprint, in and around the bay”.
Buxton Inner West is Buxton’s 23rd residential office. The brand has indicated that this latest office opening is the first in a series of moves set to further strengthen its current footprint across the state over the next 12 months.
Mr Jones said “Buxton’s vision is to be the most recognisable and successful culture-first real estate group in Australia”.
“This aligns tremendously well with the leadership team of the Inner West office and we look forward to a strong trajectory ahead.”
