RE/MAX has opened up shop to a new office in Toukley, which is being led by a team with over five decades’ worth of industry experience.
Geoff Trebble and Debbie Rowley have joined RE/MAX, opening up the new office RE/MAX Pamilya Properties team this month.
Located on Main Road in Toukley, the new office will specialise in both residential and commercial sales and leasing, project marketing and business broking.
Mr Trebble, who is 75 years old, has spent his years in real estate, having owned and managed some of the Central Coast region’s largest offices as a selling principal and licensee in charge.
He said this new venture aligns with his passion for the industry, which he has no plans to retire from.
“I love what I do, I love assisting people achieve their real estate goals whether they be a first-time home buyer or an investor building a portfolio, a developer or a commercial property investor, or someone purchasing a business,” Mr Trebble said, adding that “being in real estate is for the long-term”.
“Selling someone a property the first time is the easiest, I tell agents starting out in their career. It is having them return to buy their second, third or fourth property that is the challenge – and that happens when you build rapport. I have more people remembering me for selling them their first home – or selling a home for them – than I remember!
“... I am looking forward to being an integral member of the new and exciting RE/MAX Pamilya Properties team, which will be recognised for exceptional experiences in residential and commercial sales and leasing, project marketing and business broking.”
Joining Mr Trebble is Ms Rowley, who is described as an experienced property manager, who moved from Sydney to the Central Coast around 15 years ago.
Bringing a background in the building industry, Ms Rowley undertook formal real estate training and since then has decided to follow her passion in property management rather than focus on sales.
“I am very excited to have two such sought after property specialists decide to join our team and give our customers the benefit of their exceptional experience and local knowledge,” said broker-owner Corinne Intia.
“Geoff has more than 40 years of experience in all facets of local real estate, and clearly one of the very best to help both sellers and buyer follow the best pathway forward in the ever-changing and sometimes confusing property landscape.
“Debbie and I have worked together in the past and I am very fortunate to have her on board to grow our property management business.”
