Two strategic appointments will reinforce the capabilities of RE/MAX Australia’s corporate team.

The nationwide network welcomes Chris Fox as the latest addition to its business growth outfit and Daniel Mumford to a central position in client engagement.

Speaking of Mr Fox’s appointment as business growth manager, RE/MAX managing director Joel Davoren said that Mr Fox had built trust among the industry and impressed on the company leadership his growth-focused mindset.

“He has more than seven solidly successful years in property management, which includes business ownership and working with recognised brands,” Mr Davoren noted.

“Chris has a great track record of business development, and in appointing him, we recognise that having a growth mentality is more important than whether your background was in sales or property management,” he added.

Mr Fox said he felt this position recognised the knowledge he’d built through business development roles.

“I am pleased RE/MAX saw my fit with the BGM role through the outcomes I’ve achieved in growth of rent rolls and property management-derived income,” said Mr Fox. He’ll be based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Brisbane, overseeing the southside region, which stretches from south of the Brisbane River to Coffs Harbour.

Meanwhile, the client engagement manager role that Mr Mumford is stepping into is a strategically important position for the whole company, especially broker-owners and their teams, according to Mr Davoren.

“Daniel is responsible for the integration of tools and resources into the network, with a strong focus on technology,” Mr Davoren outlined. “We recognised the breadth of his real estate experience, through hands-on and back-end operational, as very advantageous.”

“Daniel has been successful in real estate sales, as a buyer’s agent, in property management and as a property advisor for more than a decade, and he also has a very strong network of agent contacts in the industry. This makes him exceptionally qualified for this vital role,” Mr Davoren said.

This marks Mr Mumford’s return to RE/MAX, having worked for the network as a sales agent for a stint starting in 2019.
