Belle Property has bolstered its executive leadership team, appointing a new head of people to the business.
Tandi Gill will be taking on the role, with a statement from the network indicating that the head of people will lead all aspects of training, coaching, and recruitment for the group.
Ms Gill’s responsibilities will include devising programs to attract talent and further engage and develop the Belle network.
Ms Gill comes to Belle Property from RE/MAX, where she spent 15 years.
Beginning her real estate career in property management, the now-head of people went on to become a principal of RE/MAX’s Wynnum and Manly offices in Queensland for almost a decade, where she led a high performing team and co-developed a project marketing division.
Coming into Belle Property, Ms Gill expressed that she is “proud to join a brand with a reputation for award-winning professional development and coaching specifically designed to advance its people in an ever-shifting marketplace”.
“Belle Property is renowned for the strength and quality of its office network, which boasts a unified approach exemplifying respect, integrity, and professionalism.”
The head of people added that she is looking forward to applying “first-hand industry knowledge and experience to forge a dynamic road map for ongoing mentoring, strategic direction and training to support our network to achieve best-in-class results”.
Network CEO Peter Hanscomb said that Ms Gill’s “robust business and real estate experience, as well as advanced people management and coaching skills, will add great value to our network”.
“We’re thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team and confident she will foster growth and success within our network by supporting us to continue to build an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture.”
