A Victorian network has extended its reach with the addition of a Deer Park agent and his dynamic team.
OBrien Real Estate is one step closer to realising the plan of building a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne, welcoming to the company agent Ross Vorrias and his team, who have been operating in the city’s western suburbs since 2010.
The former Barry Plant group becomes the 33rd office to open under the OBrien umbrella since the franchise was established in 2013.
Ross Vorrias said he and his colleagues were pleased to have joined with a brand that was showing such rapid expansion.
“When we felt it was time to move on, we did our due diligence; we looked around, it was vital for us to find a network that was a good fit for us. To be a good fit, they needed to be young, innovative, looking to grow, and most of all be community focussed,” Mr Vorrias said.
“The OBrien network is all of this and more; they encourage their offices to flourish and provide them with the tools, resources and support to make this happen. We’ve loved working with them behind the scenes, and we’re very happy to be publicly associated with such a successful, young and fast-growing group.”
OBrien general manager Jason Mudford noted that the group was well known in Melbourne’s west and felt that their ambition aligned with the network’s current strategy.
“Ross has created a strong market presence in his area, and whilst the team have made a massive footprint into the market, [they] are constantly challenging themselves to be more innovative, push harder and expect more,” Mr Mudford said.
He noted that the Deer Park location fills a strategic need in OBrien’s growth plan, as they look to move the brand into all corridors of metropolitan Melbourne and into regional Victoria.
