Two Melbourne offices have combined to form a team of more than 40 members-strong to service some of the city’s most sought after beachside locations.
Principals of Belle Property’s St Kilda office, Sam Inan and John Manning, have been named co-directors of the network’s Brighton operation, making the new group one of the largest real estate teams in Melbourne.
Between them, Mr Manning and Mr Inan have more than 30 years of experience across sales, investment and property management, and a deep knowledge of the area as Bayside locals themselves.
“We’ve been seeing increasing growth and interest in Bayside property via our neighbouring St Kilda office,” Mr Inan explained of the duo’s interest in growing their team’s reach. “So expanding our local market knowledge to a dedicated Brighton office was a natural next step to support the booming local market activity.”
And though only taking over the reins in Brighton recently, they’ve already put their market knowledge of the area to good use.
“We already set a new per-square-metre price record, made two $5 million-plus sales and secured more than $50 million worth of listings. All this sets a precedent for what is to come, particularly as we expect to see a huge market activity increase post-lockdown,” Mr Inan said.
They’ll be supported by Rebecca Berry as head of property and Adam Joske as director of sales. Mr Joske has been an active champion of the network’s training program, making the office an attractive workplace for young real estate professionals looking to learn from a wealth of expertise.
On his part, Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said he was looking forward to watching what the new leadership will accomplish with their expanded team and range.
“Co-directors, Sam Inan and John Manning have a reputation for best-in-class results in neighbouring St Kilda,” Mr Hanscomb said. “We are excited to watch them grow their team and expand their reach across premium lifestyle locations in Melbourne’s south-east.”
