After years of working in Mornington Peninsula’s premium property marketplace, this high-end agent aims to take her career to the next level with the launch of her new business.
Liz Todd has announced the launch of her new boutique agency, Coastal Agents, which specialises in marketing premium properties in Mt Eliza and the surrounding areas.
Speaking of her new business, which is powered by UrbanX, she offered: “At Coastal Agents, we strive to cultivate an experience that confirms professionalism, integrity, and exceptional results in everything we do, the partnership with UrbanX will allow me to do this by having more time for my clients,” Ms Todd said.
A long time resident of the Mt Eliza area herself, Ms Todd believes it’s the right time to launch her new business, having built up her personal brand at several local agencies previously.
With growth firmly in mind, a major motivator for the agent was the realisation that people were listing with her because of the service she provided and her results – not because of who she was working for.
She also said that spending less time on back-end administration tasks would better enable her to focus on business growth.
Highlighting her passion for real estate, Ms Todd revealed she is excited to bring her wealth of experience to the local community under the Coastal Agents brand.
