In a follow-up series to the wildly popular What’s Making Headlines, hosts Phil Tarrant and Tom Panos discuss the hard-hitting topics relevant to real estate that others might shy away from.
Phil and Tom discuss ethical versus unethical agents, in light of recent research that ranked real estate professionals as second last in terms of their ethical behaviour. They dive into some of the factors that could, and do, influence consumer perceptions of real estate agents compared to other professions ranked in the survey, such as lawyers, doctors, nurses, and accountants.
They pose the question: are real estate agents considered “trusted advisers”?
The duo also look at the current state of the market and how much it has changed over the past month, acknowledging the psychological factors that are now at play.
