Top-performing offices under PRD have reaffirmed their franchise agreements, citing a number of factors as driving their continued alignment.
Three of the top 10 highest-performing offices in PRD’s network, helmed by Darren Latty from PRD Penrith, Rhonda Nyquist and Luke Anderson from PRD Hunter Valley, and Dane Queenan from PRD Port Stephens, have announced the renewal of their partnership with the brand.
The principals gave their respective motivations for the franchise renewals. For PRD Hunter Valley principal Luke Anderson, he explained that after building up the business for over 20 years, he saw that there was only one option to protect his office territory – continuing to work with the PRD group.
Collaborative values have also played into his decision: “I look forward to working in a franchise group where the meaning of collaboration is giving to other members of the franchise and not looking to make money out of them.”
PRD Penrith principal Darren Latty divulged that his reasoning for renewing was due to the qualities held by the group’s network, describing them as “highly driven people that everyone can learn, teach and grow with”.
“The diverse range of skills across the network allows us to dive into any real estate matter confidently and with a level of expertise that helps us to stand out from your average local agent,” Mr Latty added.
Speaking on the renewal, Port Stephens principal Dane Queenan acknowledged the solid business support that the network has provided in the last two decades, stating: “After being with the PRD brand for the past 21 years, we felt confident in moving forward again, knowing that we had the continued support and connection of the Australian wide network that we had come to know and respect.”
The renewal comes at an exciting time for PRD Port Stephens, which has recently relocated to a new office in the heart of the developing shopping precinct of Salamander Bay.
According to Mr Queenan, the new building is not just “a fresh start” in the physical sense, but also the starting point of a new era for the business and a symbol of their vision for the future.
“We are lucky to have one of the best teams in the business, and being able to provide a space and a platform for them to continue to grow and flourish is truly exciting,” he professed.
Managing director of PRD Todd Hadley commented that the renewal of the high-performing offices under the brand was a testament to the network’s philosophy, which is “providing our franchisees with the geographic space in which they can grow their business and individual team members and allows for greater collaboration, diversity and profitability”.
