A Victoria Point team with over 80 years of experience between them will now be lending their insight to Harcourts.
Owner Michelle Cattran contributes more than three decades of expertise working across the industry, having sold her first property in 1988 before finding her niche in property management.
She brings with her two real estate veterans, each highly skilled in their own segments.
“Our team are wonderful. Elaine Marshall has been in the game for 34 years, with local knowledge that is second to none,” Ms Cattran said.
“Kim Healy has worked as a salesperson for the last 14 years. Her enthusiasm for the Redlands still shines as brightly as it ever did,” she added.
The leader of the trio said a lot has changed since she got her start.
“We didn’t have computers or mobile phones back then so I’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. I am still involved in the day-to-day management of our rentals, as well as having been a landlord myself for more than 20 years,” she said.
She said she was looking forward to joining the Harcourts family due to “their modern technology and high level of support for their offices”.
The team was also attracted to the brand due to what Ms Cattran described as their “people first” attitude.
“I have never subscribed to the ‘sell at all costs’ mentality and we strive to make the selling and renting experience as positive as possible for our clients,” she commented.
CEO of Harcourts Queensland, Mitch Peereboom, said that someone of Ms Cattran’s experience choosing to partner with the company was “the greatest compliment we can receive”.
“We are thrilled to welcome Michelle and her team to Harcourts Queensland,” he added. “They have an incredibly long history within the local community and their commitment to their clients aligns with our values.”
