A strategic appointment has landed the former Ray White Double Bay GM at Raine & Horne Lower North Shore.
Over two decades at Ray White Double Bay, where she was also general manager, Sarah Bester oversaw more than $1 billion worth of property sales – a total of more than 2,000 transactions.
Offering his praise for the general manager, Raine & Horne Lower North Shore managing director Stuart Bourne called Ms Bester’s appointment a strategic move for the business – and said it forms part of the agency’s realisation of its North Shore growth plans.
“Sarah’s impressive track record of consistency and execution is unmatched in the real estate industry, we are incredibly proud to have her join the team,” he said.
“Her steadfast approach will perfectly balance our ambitious vision and growth trajectory, [complementing] my skill set and setting us up for sustainable success.”
Ms Bester, herself a Lower North Shore local, has commented that she is thrilled to be joining the agency, highlighting she had been attracted to Raine & Horne Lower North Shore by its vision and reputation.
“In my role I am particularly passionate about supporting a growing team to realise their potential and am thrilled to be joining Stuart and the team during this exciting time.”
From her perspective, “the industry today is longing for stability and consistency which creates a flywheel of trust and success.”
“Stuart has always acknowledged this and our shared values will create an aligned delivery of superior customer experience across the North Shore.”
