Harcourts has lured a new principal to the network with its suite of tech offerings.
With a background in electrical and telecommunication engineering, Nick Kosiak was looking for a network he believed would give his Northern Illawarra real estate office access to the best tech.
A self-described “nerd when it comes to cutting edge technologies”, Mr Kosiak said he was drawn to Harcourts’ commitment to keeping its agents armed with the latest software.
“I’m thrilled to be jumping straight into working with a new suite of applications available to Harcourts franchises that will revolutionise real estate,” Mr Kosiak said.
“In addition to the right cultural fit, I am excited by the prospect of the technological revolution currently transforming the Harcourts brand.”
And beyond the brand’s tech support, Mr Kosiak also felt like the network’s values made it a natural match for what he was seeking.
“Harcourts was the right fit for myself and my family with their values of people first, doing the right thing, being courageous, fun and laughter aligning perfectly with my own,” he said.
Chief executive of Harcourts Australia Adrian Knowles said that the Bulli local’s knowledge of the area would serve him well in the venture.
“Nick and the team have a great sense of what the community of Northern Illawarra are looking for when it comes to buying, selling or renting,” Mr Knowles said.
