After running her own operation for the past 10 years, an agent has been lured back to Ray White.
Angela Steven, who operated City Sales & Rentals in Brisbane’s West End, is returning to the network where she formerly served as a business development executive, this time as principal of her own office under the Ray White banner.
Ms Steven has opened a new office in Stones Corner to serve the city’s inner south-east, an area she says is rapidly changing and attracting a mix of families, couples and singles, and investors.
“I liken Stones Corner to West End when I first opened my agency there – a diverse, vibrant urban village with a strong historic background due for rapid growth,” she said.
“One of the most rewarding aspects about my career is having the opportunity to contribute to the transformation and growth of a community, whilst nurturing and incorporating its heritage.”
She noted that there’s also a lot of opportunities to build in and around Stones Corner, with the area supported by the city council’s Norman Creek 2012-2031 master plan, which encourages water-smart innovation in new developments.
“I’ve spent months carefully selecting the right team to look after the Stones Corner community, and can’t wait to introduce them in 2022,” Ms Steven said of the group joining her in this venture.
She’s eager to hit the ground running in the new year while being supported by the resources offered by the network giant.
“Cutting-edge technology systems, expert training, and sophisticated marketing strategies” were some of the member benefits she was looking forward to taking advantage of.
“From the moment I started working at Ray White corporate, I witnessed firsthand the incredible support and mentorship offered by the group to its franchisees,” Ms Steven said.
“I knew that a franchise with Ray White was my next step, and jumped at the opportunity when it was presented to me – I belong in yellow!”
