Stone Real Estate has recruited a top performer on Sydney’s North Shore to lead the boutique brand’s Turramurra office.
Anna Cavill joins the company as co-principal of Stone Upper North Shore alongside Jill Henry and Steven Kourdis, as well as director of property management Max Ma.
Ms Cavill, who ranked 18th on REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate for 2021 and 84th on REB’s list of Top 100 Agents, has been working in the industry since 2015 and knows the real estate landscape of Sydney’s northern suburbs well.
“I am a proud local resident of this region, valuing my community above all else and treating clients as neighbours and friends alike. I have a wealth of inside knowledge and an innate understanding of the area,” Ms Cavill said.
She brings her sales team of Susan Astridge, Joanne Persechino, Joey Hoover, Cindy Wang and Tania Porteous to the merger with Stone.
The company’s head of franchise, Luke Cameron, said Ms Cavill’s addition to the Turramurra team would improve the quality of real estate Stone is able to offer in one of Sydney’s most prestigious areas.
“From pre-market attention to detail to after-sales service, her tailored strategies and determined approach ensure [clients’] property dreams become reality,” Mr Cameron said.
“With her combination of passion, years of experience and superior negotiating skills, Anna continually sets new property benchmarks with the results she achieves. Anna is committed to achieving her client’s goals with precise communication and integrity.”
Ms Cavill said she was looking forward to contributing to the growth of the company, which recently celebrated the milestone of opening its 50th office.
“With real estate on everyone’s mind in 2022, it is sure to be another successful year for the industry and for Stone. I aspire to continue Stone’s significant growth and look forward to the year ahead,” she said.
