A Melbourne network welcomes an agent specialising in premium home and boutique development sales to a senior position within the firm.
Jellis Craig has onboarded Stonnington agent Michael Armstrong to help propel its expansion in premium markets like the city’s metro-east.
Jellis Craig Stonnington director Andrew McCann said that Mr Armstrong’s area of expertise would help bolster the offerings of the inner-city office.
“Michael’s appointment and his experience in the Armadale, Toorak and South Yarra areas further solidifies our presence in Stonnington, and in turn our continued growth across metro Melbourne,” Mr McCann said.
“Michael’s appointment signals the business’ intention to continue to attract and retain the best agents in the industry, for the benefit of not only the company, but also our clients,” he added.
Mr Armstrong will be joined in the move to Jellis Craig by sales agent Edward Fanning. The duo formerly operated out of boutique Melbourne outfit Kay & Burton’s Armadale office.
In embarking on this new chapter, Mr Armstrong said he would continue to focus on providing openness and honesty with everyone involved in the real estate transaction process.
“In my 19 years’ experience selling homes in and around Stonnington, I have always prioritised communication and authenticity with my vendors and buyers,” Mr Armstrong said.
He added that he felt the company aims espoused by Jellis Craig aligned with his preferred way of working.
“Their best-in-class approach and commitment to progressive real estate practices reflects the way I work with my clients, ensuring my team and I always achieve the best results possible,” he said.
