Juliet Chen is the network’s latest appointment – joining the team across its Epping, Beecroft and Castle Hill offices.

Stone has lauded Ms Chen’s “exceptional local knowledge and experience within Sydney’s northwest”, despite her only having been in the industry for five years.

Head of franchise Luke Cameron believes the associate director’s addition to the Epping team will help to continue Stone’s expansion in the region.

“Juliet genuinely loves guiding both vendors and buyers through the sales process, doing whatever it takes to ensure the perfect transaction and a seamless, rewarding real estate journey for everyone involved. She draws on her honed negotiation skills, marketing expertise and intelligent sales strategies in order to achieve market-leading results for her valued clients and realise their unique real estate ambitions,” he illustrated.

With Ms Chen joining a leadership team of Jeff Luo, James Kwon, Vincent Goh and Doris Wu, Mr Cameron has touted the team’s “incredible growth” over recent years.

“I’m so excited to see what they do next and the amazing contribution Juliet brings to the team,” he commented.

Ms Chen has revealed that it was an encounter with Stone director Kevin Dearlove that set her on a journey to her current role.

“My goal in real estate was to be a million-dollar agent and, after meeting Kevin Dearlove, he helped me achieve that in two years,” she recounted.

“[He] was sharing, caring and professional, and I knew this was the kind of sales team I dreamt of working with.

“I have been able to follow my heart and grow my confidence with the Stone team as we continue to achieve incredible growth in Sydney’s northwest.

Excited to make a mark at her new agency, Ms Chen believes the group’s marketing sets them apart from the rest – also highlighting the team’s flexibility and focus on vendor needs.

She also sees her fluency in Mandarin as an “enormous asset when working in such a diverse and multicultural area, allowing me to connect with people from all walks of life”.
