REB is pleased to open the nominations for the Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2022.

In partnership with digital platform Realtair, REB has announced that it is calling for nominations for the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2022.

Now in its seventh year, the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate ranking sets the benchmark for Australian female real estate professionals working in the residential property space.

Since its inception, the rankings have provided insight into the trends, opportunities, and challenges present in the real estate profession as well as the property market and the broader population.

The rankings aim to offer listed agents industry-wide recognition as top-performing agents as well as a framework for high-achievers to track their professional performance standards.

They are generated through a comprehensive process using key metrics, including the number of properties sold, total dollar volumes of properties sold, and the average sale value over a 12-month period.

Each ranking will be based on figures for the 2021 calendar year, and agents will be asked to submit figures from their settled residential sales.

Every agent is ranked against their peers using these three metrics, with the top-ranked agents in the country determined by providing a combined comparative score.

The agents who are successful will be recognised for their outstanding achievements and contribution to the industry in the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate.

Commenting on its partnership with the rankings, Peter Matthews, chief executive of Realtair, said: Realtair is thrilled to be partnering with REB in 2022 to be celebrating and supporting all the wonderful female talent we have in the industry.

“We look forward to being a part of this initiative and showcasing the female agents leading the way in Australian residential sales.”

REB deputy editor Grace Ormsby said that the REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate aims to shine a spotlight on the women leading the way in the Australian real estate profession.

“Women who make this list join an elite group of female agents across Australia who are making their presence known – and exhibiting very impressive figures,” Ms Ormsby remarked.

Oliver Stofka, research strategist for REB’s research arm Momentum Intelligence, said: “The REB Top 50 Women in Real Estate is the chance for REB and Australia’s real estate market to celebrate the best-performing female agents across the country.

“It is a chance for female agents to showcase their achievements over the last calendar year.”
