LJ Hooker Property Centre has nabbed an experienced lead agent who returns to high-end property sales after a stint in corporate leadership.
Tandi Gill has circled back to selling property in Brisbane’s bayside suburbs of Wynnum and Manly after a stint as head of people for Belle Property. Prior to that, Ms Gill had spent 15 years at RE/MAX, most recently as principal and owner of RE/MAX Advantage.
Ms Gill expressed her excitement at this next opportunity, noting that she’s realised she derives the most satisfaction in her job through interacting with clients.
“It’s a real privilege to be invited into people’s homes and be trusted with such an important asset. A home means a lot and it shares a rich history of stories for clients. Being part of LJ Hooker Property Centre allows me to focus on deepening those relationships within my community,” she said.
She noted she was attracted to the level of support that LJ Hooker Property Centre offers agents, allowing her to focus on people rather than administrative tasks.
“LJ Hooker Property Centre has kept up with all of the latest technology,” Ms Gill noted. “That’s why I have so much confidence about being able to spend more valuable time and effort towards providing client service excellence and exceptional results in this new role.”
And in looking for an opportunity to return to sales, Ms Gill said she wanted to be sure she was choosing a brand that aligned with her values.
She was attracted to the office’s structure of being run by a non-selling principal.
“They gauge their success on the agents’ and the teams’ success, and I gauge my success on my clients’ success,” she said.
“If I’m doing the best job for every client who welcomes me into their home and I’m helping them achieve the best results for them, everything else falls into place.”
