A holiday to Hamilton Island is among the rewards up for grabs for Raine & Horne sales agents, property managers and administrative staff as part of an internal prize draw at the network.
Over 40 winners every month will be announced as part of Feel-Good Fridays, a monthly virtual awards ceremony where the network’s executive chairman Angus Raine will draw names out of the “Good as Gold barrel”.
The network first launched an incentive campaign last year to recognise the hard work of its staff throughout the pandemic. It was such a success that they decided to expand the initiative.
“After the success of the 2021 ‘Good Stuff’ internal incentive campaign, and to acknowledge the resilience of our hardworking group over the last two challenging years, we felt that expanding the Good as Gold campaign was one way of saying thank you,” Mr Raine explained.
“In 2022, 50 per cent more property managers, new talent, and star sales agents will be in the running to win prizes to the value of $300,000 for their hard work and commitment to the Raine & Horne brand,” Mr Raine said.
Candidates have been identified from categories that include top agent in sales value, top agent in number of sales, product engagement, top property manager and rising star/outstanding administrator.
Awards will also be granted to those who have shown extensive engagement with the brand’s initiatives and products, such as its social media marketing platform Amplify and online appraisal platform Digikit.
“Our incentive programs are also designed to enhance and build the culture of our business, our recruitment and retention strategies that make us stand out in the marketplace as being a company that rewards all staff, from the super sales agent to the junior property manager,” Mr Raine said.
