After 23 years in the property market, this agent has bravely stepped out of her comfort zone to build a boutique agency.
Lyndall Allan has ventured into her courage zone to set up Salt Property, powered by UrbanX, to take her career to the next level.
Highlighting the importance of a business as a representation of what agents offer to their clients, Ms Allan said: “My vision for Salt Property is to focus on incredible service, communication, attention to detail and ensure that all of my clients have a stress free and enjoyable experience.”
Inspired by the beaches of Newcastle, Ms Allan commends the support of the UrbanX team for helping capture her concept of producing “a premium coastal-inspired brand that stands out” from her competition.
“Branding is so important in real estate, and I know that my brand will help me to grow my business,” she said.
With the back-end support that usually eats a lot of time from agents taken care of, Ms Allan is confident she will be able to focus on the fundamentals of the business: listing and selling.
“They are just a phone call away and it allows me to focus on growing my business and supporting my clients,” said the new business owner.
Ms Allan is banking on her wealth of experience and commitment to her clients to ensure the success of Salt Property.
“This business is a representation of me, and I’ll always work hard for my clients,” she said.
