A Brisbane bayside specialist has added her weight to a multi-office team operating under the umbrella of a global brand.
Louise Denisenko, who has worked out of the seaside suburb of Cleveland for the past decade, joins Hayley Van de Ven’s RE/MAX franchise, moving on from LJ Hooker Property Centre.
Joel Davoren, RE/MAX Australia’s managing director, said Ms Denisenko would make a valuable addition to the high-wattage team Ms Van de Ven has assembled under the banner of The Limitless Group.
“Louise has a fantastic reputation, and it is wonderful to see a great agent of her calibre choose our network. She is bolstering the ranks of an already high-performing business led by one of our top broker owners, Hayley Van de Ven, and attracting Louise to her team is just the tip of the iceberg and the start of more big things to come for Hayley’s multi-office business,” Mr Davoren said.
Ms Van de Ven agreed that Ms Denisenko’s method of working would fit right in with the values she cultivates across her offices.

On her part, Ms Denisenko noted that the move was prompted by her attraction to the level of support offered by the brand.
“RE/MAX Bayside is all about high performing teams and they have the structure and roadmap to enable me to make that happen,” Ms Denisenko said.
“I am looking to move my business to the next level this year and want to surround myself with support and have direction in building my own team.”
Ms Denisenko is joined in the move by her sales associate, Brooke Murphy, who will continue to be mentored by Ms Denisenko.
