The growing real estate market on the NSW Central Coast has prompted Stone Real Estate to relocate to a bigger office, giving space for their expanding business in the region.
The newly bought “purpose-built” office will be led by the mother-daughter duo Christel Renton and Helen Hughes, who are bent on seizing opportunities offered by the burgeoning property market.
Flexible working conditions, the Central Coast’s relaxed lifestyle, and its accessibility to Sydney are key factors attracting buyers to the region, driving property prices consistently upwards.
Ms Renton, principal and lead agent for Stone Ettalong, has observed consistent market growth despite lockdowns and restrictions gradually being lifted.
“The market has gotten stronger and stronger over the last six months, and we’re continuing to see lots of people relocating to the Central Coast,” she said.
The Stone Ettalong team had outgrown their old office leading the principals to purchase the new building off-the-plan in preparation for their move.
However, construction and relocation plans got slightly off-track due to pandemic constraints. They finally moved in late 2021; all fired up to serve Ettalong’s hot property market.
“House prices in the area are climbing and the market has been very good to us,” Ms Renton said.
Stone head of franchise Luke Cameron believes the addition of Stone Ettalong to the Central Coast network will help energise their expansion in the region, having recently welcomed new agencies in Gosford, Terrigal, and Wyong.
“With a passion for property and people, Stone Ettalong’s mother-daughter duo of Helen and Christel are setting high expectations for themselves and their team,” he stated.
“With a new purpose-built facility behind the team at Ettalong, I have no doubt that they’ll hit new heights in 2022 and beyond.”
