As it looks towards further growth, Coronis has revealed that a new conveyancing director will guide the department into the future.
Rebecca Petroff, who joined the company as an administrator in 2013, will head up the in-house conveyancing team and intends to use her current knowledge of the division to increase its capabilities and add further value for buyers, sellers and agents alike.
“In my new role I will be purely focused on marketing and lead generation, improving our agent relationships as the sales team continues to grow and adding more value to the wider group by running training on legislation changes.
“I see a lot of areas for future growth and where we can add further value to all our buyers, sellers and agents,” she outlined, before highlighting that “at this point in time, our team of four conveyancers and two solicitors are opening 250 files per month and I plan on doubling that volume, as well as our team size within the coming financial year.”
Andrew Coronis, chief executive of the firm, sees Ms Petroff’s appointment as ideal in increasing the convenience and output of an already valuable department at the business.
“I strongly believe that Rebecca is the right person to grow our conveyancing business and help us bring our five-year goals to fruition,” he said.
Acknowledging a few “false starts”, Mr Coronis is optimistic Ms Petroff has the ability to improve the department’s current positive trajectory – both in terms of profitability and customer experience.
“Our conveyancing division has proven to be a very valuable addition to our business as it’s significantly improved the customer experience by simplifying communication for all parties involved, which is evident in the NPS feedback we’re receiving from clients.”
