The principal of Raine & Horne Green Square has turned over business ownership to neighbouring network principals.
John Gymellas, Sam Epsimos, John Katergarakis, owners of Raine & Horne Bexley and Beverly Hills offices, together with Marc Gable, will take on the reins of the inner east Sydney agency from Trevor Back in a quest to provide a complete product line in every step of the sales journey.
Expounding on the group’s original plan of extending their services to suburbs such as Arncliffe, Mr Gymellas said their new office acquisition marks “a strategic link along the airport corridor via the M5 and the M8 between Tempe, Wolli Creek, and Beverly Hills”.
“We are seeing people selling their beautiful two-bedroom apartments in the Green Square precinct and moving to Beverly Hills and surrounding suburbs, which still offer some of Sydney’s most affordable housing,” he observed.
“Having three Raine & Horne offices that can support the sales journey from an apartment in the inner east to a house in the St George area just seems to make a lot of sense to us.”
Mr Gymellas, Mr Epsimos, and Mr Gable will take charge of the group’s sales unit, while Mr Katergarakis will serve as the head of property management. Mr Back will remain as the agency’s business consultant.
The team is all fired up to switch gears in Sydney’s new town centre, banking on the rapidly rising residential towers in the area.
“Renter demand will go through the roof once international visitor numbers start to return to pre-COVID levels, which also adds to the logic of expanding our property management services,” noted Mr Gymellas.
Raine & Horne’s leadership team and the business partners have assured their stakeholders of a seamless transition.
“Given that we are very acquainted with all of Raine & Horne’s processes and systems and all the familiar faces at Raine & Horne Green Square are still in place, this change of ownership will be seamless for our landlords, tenants, buyers and vendors,” said Mr Gymellas.
“They can feel safe in the knowledge that the business is in familiar hands.”
