The coastal NSW office is transferring into the hands of a Stone Real Estate principal with a broad knowledge of the area.

Abdullah Choudhari, principal of Stone Tumbi Umbi and Berkeley Vale, will take ownership of a nearby office located in The Entrance, formerly run under First National’s banner.

Mr Choudhari acquired the office from long-serving principals Phil Martin and Fran Martin, who are stepping away from running the business. The former First National team, as well as the office’s clients, will join Mr Choudhari’s venture.

The office’s new head has 10 years of real estate experience under his belt at just 31 years of age.

He thanked the team’s outgoing leaders for giving him the chance to expand his operations.

“It’s with great excitement and honour to announce that Phil and Fran from First National The Entrance have agreed to allow us to acquire their business,” Mr Choudari said.

“Everyone in our business is truly excited to have this opportunity as it’s a testament to our hard work and daily efforts since joining Stone that not just this business, but so many approach us wanting to do the same. We look forward to continuing our growth and expansion within the region and being supported and backed by the quickest growing name in the country.”

Mr Choudhari has been with Stone since last year, when he rebranded his two offices with the boutique network.

He also recently acquired the rent roll formerly operated by Ourimbah Real Estate, which is now under the Tumbi Umbi office’s purview.
