As it celebrates its first birthday, the coaching business is expanding, having named two new directors and a business manager to the team.

Kylie Walsh’s REGROWTH Coaching and Consultancy has been “overwhelmed” by its growth and support from the industry and the greater business community since kicking off early in 2021, according to the founder.

“My initial vision was to apply my practical experience to provide bespoke, memorable experiences that fostered business sustainability whilst promoting growth strategies, world-class leadership, and improved client experience,” she said.

Clearly practising what she preaches, Ms Walsh realised that her own business demand was becoming unsustainable, which kicked off the inclusion of three new team members into the fold.

“It’s with immense pride that REGROWTH welcomes Lauren Kirk and Dave Skow as business partners and directors, and Rebecca Blair as business manager.”

Ms Walsh has worked with all new team members previously and has indicated that the partnership “just makes sense” – citing their credibility, authenticity and value alignment.

For Mr Skow, the new role comes off the back of selling his own office, which held 1,000 properties under management.

According to Ms Walsh, “it’s huge that Dave will now be available to the industry in a consultancy capacity”.

“He is a natural leader and incredible educator who never stops learning,” she said.

Ms Kirk comes into REGROWTH having already shared a relationship with the business, having operated in a contractor consultant capacity for the past nine months, with Ms Walsh commending her building of a “fantastic” client base since coming on board.

“This move to partner and director of the business will bolster the momentum gained over the last 12 months, as we look ahead to the next 12,” she shared.

Ms Blair, who joins in a business manager capacity, has previously provided sales support to a top-performing agent at DiJones and boasts experience in family business.

Her capabilities in customer experience and attention to detail round out REGROWTH’s high-performing team, the founder expressed.

Already operating across Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and regional hubs across NSW, REGROWTH has also revealed it has its eyes on expanding into Brisbane in 2023, with another retreat venue also in the works.
