A Sutherland Shire agency has recently enlarged its southern Sydney territory with a new office location described as the “final puzzle piece”.
The Ray White Sutherland Shire group is set to continue its hot streak of expansion with its fifth office opening in Engadine.
With 13 years of industry experience under their belt, the team led by Matt Debreczeni and Gavin Ottaway are bent on flexing their real estate market muscles in the region as they add to their existing offices in Menai, Kirrawee, Cronulla, Sylvania.
“It is the perfect location to link the triangle of suburbs that we service, and we believe it will further increase our footprint across the southern suburbs of Sydney,” Mr Ottaway said.
Engadine is a popular location for families and first home buyers owing to its affordability and accessibility to schools, shops, Sydney CBD and the South Coast.
“There is a range of housing here for all sorts of buyers wanting to make their next property move, from affordable tidy blocks to large trophy homes,” Mr Ottaway noted.
As the new office on the block, what is the edge of the Ray White Engadine office?
A buyer database of more than 100,000 plus the synergy of agents and resources, the team touted.
“We pride ourselves on leveraging expertise across all of our locations; it is about power in numbers while still providing a boutique service to our clients,” Mr Ottaway claimed.
To ensure that the team can deliver on their promise, Mr Debreczeni revealed their game plan – hire more sales professionals, increase their already strong rent roll and further amplify their presence in the suburb.
“We already have three agents who specialise in this area, ready to hit the ground running and continue providing a fantastic level of service to this wonderful community,” he stated.
Ray White NSW chief executive Andrew McCulloch has expressed his delight for the Sutherland Shire team.
“Matt and Gavin are some of the best leaders in our group, and they continue to make us proud with the empire that they have built in the southern suburbs of Sydney,” Mr McCulloch said.
