First National has unveiled a brand-new office in Sydney’s Bella Vista, as the network looks to capitalise on The Hills Shire’s rapidly growing business and economic scene.

The newest leg in the network’s franchise is strategically located next door to the burgeoning Norwest Business Park – which boasts a rapidly growing population and is currently home to several Fortune 500 companies.

Tanmay Goswami, who will helm the newly minted office, expressed his enthusiasm about the latest venture.

I’m very excited to expand our property services into the Norwest Business Park and the Bella Vista residential area as First National Bella Vista,” he stated.

The new location is set to provide several services, including selling and managing residential properties, as well as offering off-the-plan properties, according to First National.

Mr  Goswami explained how the Bella Vista office would be pivotal in driving growth and boosting the network’s presence in the area. “Our office is positioned directly across the road from the new Bella Vista rapid transit station, placing us in a very convenient location for our customers,” he said.

He also emphasised the importance of deepening their business roots in the sought-after location. “Bella Vista is an important part of our strategy to serve the needs of the Hills Shire.

“The suburb is ideally positioned to take advantage of excellent transport links and retail infrastructure, and we anticipate there will be continued strong demand in the lead up to the opening of the Western Sydney International Airport,” he said.

Heading the new office also adds a feather in Mr Goswami’s cap, as it marks a milestone in his real estate career, which started seven years ago as a partner in the First National Westsyde business at Pendle Hill.

While he remains a partner at the latter location, he will carve his own path at Bella Vista with an initial team of three salespeople. Meanwhile, property management services will be run from the Pendle Hill office for the time being.

Speaking about his new team, he said: It’s great to have Vikas Saluja and Hari Hiralal joining me right from the start.” He added, “they are both very experienced agents with an excellent track record”.
