Glenmore Park has landed a new agency care of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.
Vikram Singh and Melissa Taylor are teaming up for the new operation, which will be servicing people across the Greater Western Sydney region without the need for a shop front, through the Combined Franchise Services’ BHGRE ASPIRE mobile agent model.
The pair have more than two decades of experience under their belt; Mr Singh has worked in residential sales for more than eight years, while Ms Taylor brings over a decade of sector experience to the table.
For Mr Singh, much of his inspiration comes from his father, Bill, who previously operated in the same marketplace the principal is now operating within.
He has shared: “My passion and one of my many goals in starting with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand is to change the way real estate is conducted in the Greater Western Sydney region.”
“I joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate because its core values around passion and authenticity are very much aligned to my own.”
Indicating that himself and Ms Taylor “intend to deliver a new level of customer experience”, he added that as a long-time local community member himself, he “truly believe[s] the people in the area deserve better from our industry”.
“My long-held belief is that this industry is not about property but about people first and helping them through their property journey.”
Beyond the transactions, Mr Singh said the pair “want to build long-term relationships with all our customers”.
Reflecting on Mr Singh and Ms Taylor’s decision to join the network, Combined Franchise Services’ chief executive Frank Knez said “it is wonderful to have Vikram and Melissa take the next step in their business with our brand”.
“I am confident that their dedication to customer service coupled with the marketing, training and technology support they will receive from our network will bring them great success,” he concluded.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s ASPIRE mobile agent model was first launched back in July 2020.
