A new partnership has been forged between DiJones and organisational wellbeing platform Sonder.
According to a statement, it’s the first partnership Sonder has forged with a real estate firm.
The deal, brokered between Sonder, an organisational wellbeing platform, and DiJones is the first partnership agreement between the brand and an estate firm.
The partnership between the two brands coincides with the release of new research that showed 43 per cent of Australian real estate agents are “often” stressed about their workload.
DiJones chief executive Dean Mackie said the partnership aligns perfectly with the environment the brand is trying to create, which includes trying to “make a meaningful difference in the lives of our people and their families”.
“Sonder will be an important tool for our property managers and sales agents who can summon help at the push of a button as well as help with any mental and emotional demands that can arise in the workplace,” Mr Mackie said.
Searching outside the real estate industry to find the best services to support and uplift its team and, subsequently, its customers, DiJones has revealed that Sonder’s offer of support to the families of employees was what inevitably secured the partnership.
“We don’t look at our staff in isolation: we look at their whole lives, their wants, needs and personal dynamics which supports our vision,” Mr Mackie said. “That’s why we are rolling out Sonder company wide for our whole team and their families too.
“The range of support which is provided by Sonder is personalised and uses a combination of technology and human support. The system has been carefully designed to know the most effective form of communication for every situation. It’s pre-emptive and supports the notation that we are striving to get ahead of problems before they can emerge whether that be professionally or personally.”
Chief operating officer at Sonder, Christopher Marr, expressed the company’s pride and delight in welcoming DiJones as its first partner in the real estate industry, commending the commitment of the brand’s leadership to providing for and improving their staff’s wellbeing, especially in such a high-octane profession.
