A new buyer’s agency has hit the Melbourne marketplace, with Azure Buyers Agents setting up shop in the city’s south-eastern corridor.
Former physiotherapist Matt Skehan feels his transition into this new career was somewhat of an obvious choice, having always put relationship building at the centre of his professional life. With a successful personal portfolio and a deep knowledge of his local area, the property buff saw that his innate ability to empathise with people would stand him in good stead in a transition into buyer’s advocacy.
“Having spent a lifetime roaming the inner-streets of Sandringham and Beaumaris, playing local football in Frankston, holidaying in Portsea and working throughout Melbourne, I feel experienced in helping those right across metro-Melbourne and beyond,” Mr Skeehan said.
“Leveraging great agent relationships, I’m excited to help illuminate those property opportunities that aren’t often visible to the everyday buyer, helping those with time pressures or family restraints secure the home of their dreams.”
Mr Skehan characterises Azure’s offering as a bespoke property acquisition service designed to simplify and successfully provide a stress-free property transaction.
His one goal, he said, is to “to help those live their best life, in the home of their dreams”, and he believes that given the right approach, buyers can have a “bucket load of fun while doing it”.
A firm believer that Australians’ property goals are achievable, he notes the firm caters to all types of clients, whether those looking to secure a family home or a string of savvy investments.
Now active across the Victorian capital, the business represents the achievement of a long-held goal for Mr Skehan.
