The real estate giant has announced that one of Victoria’s most experienced auctioneers and agents is joining its corporate team.
Milo Rasinac, a veteran of 7,000-plus auctions, will take up the role after a successful 12-month period helping establish Ray White Port Douglas. A prominent agent down in Victoria, particularly in the Essendon area, Mr Rasinac is expected to bring extensive experience and skills gained during his ownership of a successful real estate business to his new role.
“I have a burning desire to achieve and assist Ray White with their future goals,” he said.
“I have a huge passion for helping people buy and sell property. I love coaching and mentoring staff and business principals and I see this role as a great opportunity to enable me to further develop and grow the brand.”
According to a statement from the group, Ray White’s pool of more than 2,000 members throughout both Victoria and Tasmania are set to benefit from Mr Rasinac’s experience, particularly in sales, leadership, and business ownership.
As well as leveraging his expertise and knowledge, Mr Rasinac will also be tasked with assisting members in conducting auctions and is set to play a crucial role in the network’s training and development program.
“I love to work closely with our teams and feel I have the operational experience to truly assist business owners and our members reach their full potential in this very hands-on role,” he said.
Stephen Dullens, Ray White Victoria and Tasmania chief executive, expressed the brand’s excitement at being able to work with a reputable operator such as Mr Rasinac.
“Having conducted over 7,000 auctions in his career, we’re thrilled to have someone of Milo’s calibre joining our team. Adding to our 20-strong corporate support team in Victoria and well over 300 team members who work for Ray White at a corporate level, we feel we are well placed to assist business owners and their teams through any market adjustment, of which Milo will play a critical role,” Mr Dullens concluded.
“When someone joins us with Milo’s level of experience and success, we take it as a huge compliment. Milo made his name by consistently delivering a high level of customer service.”
