Century 21’s Nowra outfit is opening a second office in Callala Beach in an effort to expand its community ties.

Led by Rachel Lea, Century 21 Signature Realty’s owner and principal, alongside business partner Carol Carroll, who heads the property management division, the office has had a presence in its area of expansion for a number of years. But with more interest coming from its surrounding suburbs of Callala Bay, Currarong, Culburra Beach and Greenwell Point, the duo felt it was the right time to put down deeper roots.

“We have been working in the Callala area for many years and have built up a strong relationship with many residents. Providing the best possible service to clients and developing long-term relationships with our local community is our business growth mantra,” Ms Lea said.

A South Coast resident going on 20 years, Ms Lea places great emphasis on crafting a presence in communities to establish a strong bond with clients. Local fundraising is at the heart of that initiative, with the agent partnering with Hotondo Homes to raise $450,000 for six local charities in 2021 alone.

“I know that by engaging with our local community at all levels, not just around property, we can continue to build on the trust that we have already achieved. We are committed to being the agency that Shoalhaven residents look to for local real estate expertise,” Ms Lea added.

James Bell, Century 21 Australasia’s chief executive, noted that the strategy had paid off for the enterprise.

“I have no doubt Rachel, Carol and their team’s success can be attributed to their people-first approach. I look forward to seeing the successful expansion of their business and know that their continued community focus will empower them to reach new heights,” he said.

He added that the network was committed to helping teams such as Ms Lea and Ms Carroll reach their full potential.

“We have seen four business expansions by existing Century 21 franchise owners in 2022 already. Their confidence in growing under the umbrella of the C21 brand is testament to the strength of our network support across all areas of operations as we ensure business growth is encouraged and executed as seamlessly as possible,” he said.
