The national real estate brand looks to grow its presence in the city’s western suburbs through a new interactive gallery.
The newly opened gallery is located in the heart of Perth’s western suburbs on Bay View Terrace, opposite the Claremont Quarter shopping centre. As part of the group’s modern approach to property sales and marketing, the gallery – which allows clients to use touch screens to view and explore properties and projects – will also display artwork by students from Curtin University.
New recruit Mark Anderson, who has spent 30 years developing his skills and reputation in sales and marketing in nearby Nedlands and Dalkeith, will be based at the gallery permanently.
He will be joined by The Agency projects team, led by Daniel-Paul Filippi, an experienced project marketing and sales specialist. Mr Filippi is excited by the chance to give small to medium developers the opportunity to showcase their projects through the gallery’s technology.
Paul Niardone, The Agency Group executive director, said that the facility would “provide clients with a relaxed setting to view and explore prestige properties and projects using touch screens with artwork in a minimalist setting, replacing tired desks and cluttered filing cabinets”.
Adding that: “With the right team [and] the right location, there is no better time to grow our presence in this important market.”
The space will be utilised to host project launches, buyer information events and investor and down-sizer seminars.
