The boutique real estate brand has added its fourth office north of Sydney harbour.

Stone Real Estate Crows Nest will join the brand’s McMahons Point, Willoughby, and Mosman/Neutral Bay locations in strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.

Previously a Raine & Horne office, the site, located five kilometres north of the city’s central business district, presents the Stone team with significant buying power, as media house prices currently sit above $2.7 million.

Group chief executive Marshall Cobb is confident that he has assembled one of the strongest and most experienced sales teams in the area for the new outfit, led by principals David Hill, Hugh and Cassandra Macfarlan and Scott Dolce.

Mr Cobb said that the new office, which will operate over two levels at 99 Alexander Street, is a “super-sized business of more than 30 staff across its sales and property management businesses” and will service the suburbs of Crows Nest, St Leonards, Artarmon, Naremburn, Cammeray and Northbridge.

“We have designed our business as a full-service hub for our agents, where we manage all the administrative tasks and free up the sales team to focus on providing exceptional service to their clients.”

Three of the principals, Mr Hill, Mr Macfarlan and Ms Macfarlan, who previously served at Raine & Horne, enter the new venture with strong pre-established connections in the local community.

The trio have expressed their excitement at joining the brand and utilising the services and technology at their disposal to assist the local community through their real estate experience.

Mr Dolce, who has a reputation as being one of the region’s top business development managers, will head up the team’s property management growth team.

Stone Real Estate head of franchise Luke Cameron said: “With their years of diverse experience, enthusiasm and talent, combined with a mantra of honesty and transparency, Marshall, David, Hugh, Cassandra and Scott exude a sense of professionalism that inspires trust and confidence from their clients.”

He shared: “We are very excited to have the team join and lead the Stone Crows Nest operation and see the expansion of Stone New Projects.”
