Century 21 Northpoint is the latest addition to the network’s presence in the Victorian capital, with the brand to be headed up by experienced principal Tim Sulemani.
Mr Sulemani, who has garnered extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales and leasing throughout his 10-year career, will head up the brand’s operations in the Wollert locale, which recorded one of the largest population growth rates (18 per cent) during the 2021 census.
“I have a great affinity for the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I have lived and worked here most of my life,” he said.
This affinity with the local area has allowed him to build strong relationships within the local community that, with the backing of Century 21, will allow him to provide great service and real estate advice to the residents of North Melbourne.
“Understanding the aspirations and motivations of sellers and buyers in the area has been an integral part of my success to date,” he added.
Speaking on his decision to switch to the Century 21 banner, he commented that the network’s global recognition would provide his agency with a competitive edge, especially considering the support the company will provide, in the support of tools and resources, as well as marketing and training.
Welcoming Mr Sulemani to the team, Century 21’s chief executive officer James Bell expressed the brand’s excitement at its expansion into the North Melbourne market.
“Tim will be a fantastic new C21 business owner and brand ambassador. His enthusiastic and disciplined approach to opening his new business has been a pleasure to be a part of.
“I am confident our strong franchise support offering coupled with Tim’s service commitment will deliver him great success,” he concluded.
The Wollert region is popular with first home buyers and up-sizers. This is due to the area’s 33.46-square kilometre size, and its propensity to accommodate new building approvals — of which 122 were approved in May 2022 alone.
In addition to these factors, the suburb offers buyers with a relatively affordable entry point into the housing market, boasting a median house sale price of $690,000.
