Nine land sale specialists have launched a new agency dedicated to their niche market across the state of Victoria.
Ray White Land Sales Victoria will be headed up by Karandeep Singh and Ash Kalkat, who bring with them a team of seven experts in acreage sales.
With a record amount of internal migration happening over the past two years, the duo note that regional areas in Victoria have been a huge beneficiary of the mass exodus from major cities.
“All areas of regional Victoria are booming, in particular Geelong, the south east, the Melton corridor, the Macedon Ranges and the northern corridor,” Mr Singh said.
“I would say those areas are booming a lot more than metro areas and a lot of developers are keen to acquire land parcels in these regions.”
They note that part of the business they most enjoy is the broad range of clients they get to work with, which includes those looking to establish multi-dwelling communities.
“The relationships you make in this part of the industry are quite different to residential real estate, it’s a different kind of audience and it fits well with our skillset. We deal with a lot of developers and investors and it offers a large amount of growth,” Mr Singh explained.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmania chief executive Stephen Dullens said that the addition of Mr Singh, Ms Kalkat and their team represented a step forward in the brand’s ability to serve those in the market for acreage in the state.
“We are thrilled that Karandeep and Ash have chosen to join the Ray White family and open Ray White Land Sales Victoria,” he said.
“Having a dedicated land sales business allows us to provide further specialised service to our customers right across the state, working with our existing 113 offices across Victoria.
“I have no doubt the professionalism and care they bring to every sale will ensure they do a fantastic job for their customers and make them a key asset to our group. I look forward to celebrating their success.”
On their part, Mr Singh and Ms Kalkat are hoping the affiliation will help them offer enhanced support to their business and the specialists who have helped them achieve their success so far.
“We’re a family owned business, just like Ray White, and we want to be able to help our people grow and continue to offer the great customer service we are known for,” Mr Singh said.
“The more we looked into joining Ray White the more we realised that the support level and systems on offer were exactly what we were looking for.”
