Century 21 announced that it had opened a new office in Eastwood, which the network claims will provide a “more personalised experience” to the area’s multicultural residents.
The network unveiled that the new C21 K Realty office will be led by Jin Ahn, who brings a seven-man team with her to service the north-west Sydney suburbs of Eastwood, Macquarie Park, Epping and Rydalmere.
Aside from having a combined industry experience that spans 20 years across residential and commercial sales and management, the network also noted that the newly minted NSW team also boasts two decades of customer service industry skills among them — making them well positioned to expand their current market share.
In addition to their formidable experience in all aspects of the industry, Century 21 highlighted that all members of the team are bilingual speakers who are proficient in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.
This will help the team deliver a “more personalised service” to their local market, where a sizeable proportion of people have either a Chinese or Korean background, according to the network.
Ms Ahn stated that operating under Century 21’s umbrella would be particularly attractive to both buyers and sellers in their market.
She highlighted that Century 21’s global reach — evident through its 8,880 offices around the world, as well as its strong reputation within China — will be a strong selling point to their clientele.
“[Many] of our buyers and sellers recognise and trust the Century 21 brand to give the best advice,” said Ms Ahn.
Ms Ahn said that she looks forward to the benefits that come with operating under a global banner.
“We are also in a fantastic position to access over 122,000 global sales professionals as part of the network and help our clients buy and sell anywhere,” she stated.
Century 21 chief executive James Bell welcomed the brand’s expanded presence in Eastwood, underlining that Ms Ahn and her team are valuable additions to the network’s roster.
“Jin and her already successful team will be a fantastic asset to Century 21. They join the network with a well-established presence in the area which they will consolidate even further under the Century 21 banner,” said Mr Bell.
The network’s latest push into the harbour city market comes on the heels of its recent expansion in Victoria, which was marked by a new office launch in Melbourne’s north.
