The boutique real estate brand has announced two new directors at its Five Dock office.
Michael Carbone and Daniel Gagliardi are the newest additions to the team.
The pair both possess previous ties to the Five Dock franchise. Mr Carbone has previously worked with principal Christian Leung, and Mr Galiardi was a colleague of fellow director Rick Pignetti.
A real estate veteran of 12 years, with experience in sales and leasing, Mr Carbone said the rapid pace of the brand’s growth attracted him.
“To me the Stone brand represents a family like culture that reflects the agents within the business. I think it has become the fastest growing franchise as it’s simply different to the rest. I look forward to continuing to work in the best interests of my clients and helping them reach their property goals at Stone Five Dock,” he proclaimed.
Mr Gagliardi, an inner-west local who’s worked in the industry since 2011, looks to bring his knowledge and understanding of the local area to the business.
He has indicated that the core values held by Stone significantly relate to his own, and he believes the network boasts “some of the best talent in the industry”.
He also stated that he “can’t wait to introduce the inner west to the highest level of service, commitment and knowledge yet to be experienced in property management”.
Speaking on the new appointments, Mr Leung said: “We are excited to have both Daniel Gagliardi and Michael Carbone join our team as directors of the business here at Stone Real Estate. As Rick and I look towards the future of our business and the gaps in our industry as a whole it was important for us to bring on like-minded individuals who put client service at the forefront of their minds, especially in navigating towards the new and ever-changing environment we are currently in.”
He believes both directors will offer the agency a level of experience in their fields of property management and residential sales that “will only benefit the inner west community that we service”.
Stone Real Estate head of franchise Luke Cameron has suggested that the Five Dock office’s growth is indicative of the holistic growth of the inner-west property market in the last few years.
“The area that Stone Five Dock services has been one of the fastest growing in the country in recent years, but far from resting on their laurels, it’s been great to see Christian, Rick and the team work harder than ever to expand their capabilities.
“We’re confident they’ll continue to foster the high performance culture that’s led them to success to date,” he concluded.
