PRD has announced that a “premier real estate agency” in Queensland will now operate under the network’s umbrella, further entrenching the national brand into the Sunshine State.
The national real estate network unveiled that Bremer Valley Realty, helmed by Stuart and Emma Barrett, has rebranded and opened its doors under the name PRD Bremer Valley on 1 August following a successful acquisition.
Ms Barret — whose family roots are deeply intertwined with real estate — has owned and operated various franchises over her 25 years in the industry, according to PRD.
PRD highlighted that the other half of this tandem also has an impressive industry experience to date. Aside from dabbling in sales, marketing and real estate, Mr Barrett was described by the network to have an extensive career working as an accountant, project director, consultancy firm partner, national sales manager and other roles that have honed his communication and negotiation skills.
The duo brings more than 40 years of combined industry experience to the network, while their team boasts a solid record of 1,000 property sales and over 300 rental properties under their management, PRD stated.
Both business leaders are optimistic that their latest business move will allow them to continue providing exemplary real estate services to their local rural community.
“My goal is to deliver exceptional service and dedication to all my clients by being honest and friendly,” Ms Barnett stated.
Mr Barnett also shared his vision not just for his team but for the region as a whole. “My goal is to enrich the long-term viability of the Bremer Valley region through positive property management and sales, ensuring the local community benefits from the growth,” he said.
PRD managing director Todd Hadley welcomed the newest office addition to the network, noting that the team already holds a strong reputation in its area of operation.
“This team is highly regarded in the Bremer Valley area and is wholeheartedly committed to achieving the best outcomes for their clients,” he stated.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Stuart, Emma and the team onboard and look forward to working with them to help grow their business.”
